The driver and movers did not show up nor would answer the phone. I should have cancelled and booked elsewhere but they offered a discounted rate and promised to come on Monday morning. Rescheduled for the upcoming Saturday and they called the morning of to cancel. They were supposed to arrive on a Thursday and called 2 minutes prior to moving time to cancel. "This was the first time using Bellhop Moving Company and I decided to book based off the highly rated reviews. Thank you so much for helping us move! Hardworking, polite and personable, took care of our stuff, excellent communication, great attitudes, the whole package!" I truly can’t say enough good things about Todd Byone, Dean Kenny, Ishmial Brown, Joshua Rodriguez, and Abdurrahm Salama. I was a little nervous booking the whole thing online, but now I know that I had no reason to be nervous.

We could not fully move everything on this trip, but that had nothing to do with these guys, and I hope to book this exact team again to finish our move. Hands down the best moving crew and experience I’ve ever had. Nobody can move with one person working and another just hanging out. I just said yes because I wanted it to get done. A couple hours into the move, I got a call asking if they could add a third person at an additional cost because it wasn’t going well. He waited around for things to be handed to him and generally was lazy. While the first person worked hard, the guy who showed up late did NOT.

The morning of the move, only one person showed up, her partner was minutes late. I told the representative that I really couldn’t move the time earlier, but I was told I didn’t have an option, so I tried to make it work. I was already on a tight schedule and that made it even tighter. Then, I got a call saying that they needed to move my time earlier in the day. When I asked about it, it was too late to book a different company. When the week of the move came, I got an email showing the team was only 2 people even though the quote was similar in cost to other estimates I had gotten for 3 people. "When I booked the move weeks in advance, I was lead to believe there would be a three person team.
